- Designing and constructing the building to fit with future adjacent development

- Complete design, costing and build delivery package
- Concrete slab and coloursteel profiled metal exterior
- Large canopies floating over entry to building
- Over 300m² on one level with community library and Whangarei District Council Service Centre co-existing
